Maricopa County judge denies multiple motions in Kari Lake election lawsuit

According to court filings, multiple motions in an election suit filed by Kari lake were dismissed Monday night.

Kari Lake filed suit against Katie Hobbs (and other Maricopa County officials) Friday afternoon.

Lake claims that thousands of illegal ballots were infected in the election in Maricopa County. Between 15,603 to 29,257 Republican voters were disenfranchised due to printer or tabulator failures at polling stations on election day.

Lake asks for the court’s permission to inspect the ballots of Maricopa County from the 2022 elections, as well as the signature envelopes and corresponding signatures that are on file with Maricopa County.

Many of the motions, including one by the Arizona Secretary Of State, were rejected prior to the hearing.
