Coronation Street makes Bob Dylan ‘feel at home’


Bob Dylan said that he enjoys Coronation Street. In a rare interview, the legendary singer-songwriter said the ITV soap makes him feel “at home”, adding that he finds it preferable to “disgusting” modern streaming shows. “I recently binged Coronation Street, Father Brown, and some early Twilight Zones,” he told the Wall Street Journal. “I know they’re old-fashioned, but they make me feel at home. I’m no fan of packaged programmes or news shows. I will not watch anything that is foul-smelling or otherwise evil. Nothing disgusting, nothing dog ass.”

‘Virgin birth’ for aquarium shark

Chicago’s Shedd Aquarium reported that a female Zebra Shark had given birth to pups, without the help of any male genetic material. The Shedd Aquarium stated that genetic testing was conducted on the pups. However, researchers were surprised to learn that Bubbles was the sole parent of these baby sharks. She reproduced via parthenogenesis. Also known as “virgin birth”, this process sees a female fertilise eggs with her own genetic material, explained UPI.

Trump’s aide follows him with his printer

According to the Washington Post Donald Trump is accompanied by a printer and laptop-wielding assistant, who follows him around on the golf course, giving him news articles. An ex-television host is accompanied by the former president as he plays 18 holes of golf every day. The report claims that she is able to use a laptop and sometimes a print machine to download flattering or positive online stories, so that he can actually read them on paper.
