CMYUK Takes Delivery of the New Mimaki JFX600-2513 UV LED Production Flatbed Printer at its Showroom in Shrewsbury

This latest dedicated flatbed innovation will be showcased at CMYUK’s 3-day Open House event from 7th – 9th February

CMYUK, Shrewsbury – CMYUK has received the Mimaki JFX600-2513 LED production flatbed printer at their demonstration and training facility in Shrewsbury.

The new dedicated flatbed joins CMYUK’s portfolio of world class print production technology that will be showcased at its 3-day Open House event from 7th – 9th February.

Production in high volumes
The Mimaki JFX600-2513 was designed to address high-volume UV flatbed markets. It can produce up to 200 square meters per hour and has greater industrial speeds. It does this through the incorporation of 16 printheads that make it the fastest model in Mimaki’s product stable – up to 330% quicker than its predecessor, the JFX500-2131. A large 3ltr ink supply option is available to keep productivity high.

Seventh generation UV
The seventh generation of Mimaki’s UV LED technology, the JFX600-2513 is it. The JFX600-2513 is versatile at its core and significantly expands the service offerings for sign-making businesses through expanded applications that include interior/exterior signage as well as display graphics and interiors.

The maximum size of the JFX600-2513 is 2500 x 1300 mm. It supports media thicknesses up to 60 mm and is compatible for standard-sized signboards. The JFX600-2513 prints directly onto a wide variety of rigid substrates such as acrylic, Foamex (Dibond), Foamex, cardboard, wood, metal, and cardboard.

These inks have been tested for environmental sensitivity and are certified GREENGUARD gold. They provide vivid, intense colours as well as white, clear and primer. Its ‘2.5D’ multi-layered printing provides raised textured effects for high-value, tactile applications, adding value to print and offering greater creative potential.
