TriMech Group’s Solid Print3D acquires Swedish 3D printer reseller 3DVerkstan

Specialist in 3D scanning and printing Solid Print3D Has announced the acquisition 3DVerkstanSupplier of 3D Printing and Solutions based in Stockholm Sweden with a Danish subsidiary. According to the company, 3DVerkstan Nordic AB has been a ‘driving force’ for additive manufacturing in Sweden and Scandanavia since 2013.

Solid Print3D, LLC is owned by Solid Print3D. Solid SolutionsThe company, which acquired 3DPRINTUK on May 20, 2023 and is a part of the TriMech Group. Solid Solutions is the largest SolidWorks Solid Print3D is a reseller of CAD software and supports upwards to 20,000 companies in engineering in the UK, Ireland and beyond.

3DVerkstan Nordic AB has been placed in administration since April 21st 2023. Since then, the estate is involved in the selection of the best buyer for the company. Solid Print3D says it is ‘pleased to be able to step in and ensure the continuation of the underlying good business’.
